• New Bar In Town: Downtown Jackson has gotten a new watering hole! Franklin’s Little Bar is a new corner pub that brings big hospitality in a small space!

• Small Business Saturday: The day is almost here and for a small business owner this could make their year! On November 30th at 10:00 AM at theLOCAL we encourage everyone to come out and shop, well Local! 😅

• New I-55 Bridge: After being in use for over 75 years, the old I-55 Bridge has seen better days. Plans for the new I-55 Bridge are ready to start construction with an expected completion date of 2031!

• West Tennessee’s First Buc-ee’s: The new Gallaway Buc-ee’s is now under construction and will feature 120 fuel pumps, 71 bathrooms and of course all of your Buc-ee’s favorites!

• Facebook (Meta) Data Center: Facebook’s parent company Meta is set to build a massive data center campus in Gallatin,Tennessee. This campus is expected to be over 1 Million square feet and could be larger as new buildings are planned.

1. 🔺 +8 Thanksgiving 2024: Next to Christmas, Thanksgiving is one of the biggest Holidays of the year. From people searching places that will be open on Thanksgiving to people wanting to find venues for their big Turkey Day event.

2. 🔺 +1 Black Friday 2024: We are still hearing from places like Walmart, Target, Amazon, Macy’s, Best Buy, & Others that this year will be different from last year. Time will tell if there are actual sales! 😂 

3. 🔺 +7 Local Photographers: Every year, the Holidays bring out the photogenic side of everyone. Requests for photographers to take wedding photos, family portraits, fall pictures, and Christmas photos are seeing a huge spike.
