• New O’Reilly Auto Parts: Jackson will be adding its fourth O’Reilly’s location next year! The company is looking to meet the needs of Jackson’s growing population with its newest location. 👉️ (Location)

• $36 Million Dollars: Jackson’s Mayor Scott Conger seeks an investment of $36 Million Dollars that would go toward improvements for the city. Roads, sidewalks & parks are among some of the projects that these funds would benefit!

• Tennessee 4% Food Tax: A new bill is being pushed through Tennessee’s House Of Representative that would eliminate the states 4% food tax! On a national average, Tennesseans spend about 2% more on their monthly groceries compared to other states.

• New Private Motorclub: This is the first of its kind high end luxury motorclub in Tennessee! Memberships start at $250,000 at Flatrock Motorclub with plans of adding a Karting Track and Membership Only Clubhouse that is expected to be completed in 2025. (This is one of the massive ways that Tennessee is changing as money & people from all over the world flow into the state.)

• Tennessee’s First Wawa: The popular convenience store chain Wawa is expanding into Tennessee in 2025! Permits have been approved for at least 3 locations so far but the company plans to open up to 40 locations across the state.

4. 🔻-2 Roadside Assistance: Families are traveling near and far! The last thing many people want this year is to have a breakdown in their car. There has been a massive spike in roadside assistance, especially during the weekend.
