  • Jonathan’s Grille: Upscale Sports Bar begins construction on Park Place West.

  • Highway 70 Yard Sale: Stretches from Memphis to Nashville and is one of the biggest thrifting events in Tennessee.

  • RIFA Bus Stop Cafe: The mobile summer meals program is making rounds in the most vulnerable areas in Jackson, Monday - Friday, helping feed children from 0 - 18 years old.

  1. Places To Swim: People Looking To Find A Pool, Buy A Pool Or Just Someplace To Swim. This usually peaks around late July, early August.

  2. Facebook Marketplace: During the summer months, people typically buy toys for their children, gym equipment, pet supplies, kids’ clothing and furniture.

  3. Cleaning Services & People Requesting Cleaning Services: This is mainly being driven by Jackson’s and surrounding areas growing housing market and people retiring who have extra income.

  4. Daycare, Childcare and Babysitting: With summer here, many parents still have to work, so people searching for babysitting/daycare services have increased dramatically.

  5. Social Groups: The demand for Social Groups around different interests is starting to grow. Book Clubs, Car Clubs, Gaming Communities, Sewing Clubs, etc
