🔍 What We Know So Far!

Here's the confirmed information as of now:

• Two West Tennessee locations have been announced by franchise owners Moe and Sam Sallukh, who have already secured franchising rights for both Jackson and Memphis. (A location in Memphis has already been selected.)

• According to interviews and reports, they plan to open two locations in total, and they’ve already completed their A&W franchise agreements meaning the deals are active and in motion.

• While the specific site in Jackson has not yet been confirmed, the franchise status is official, and location scouting is either in the planning stages, completed or underway.

• As of this writing, no projected opening date has been made public, but based on franchise timelines and the market ramp-up, a 2026–2027 opening is likely. (The Jackson franchise was confirmed with the Memphis franchise announcement.)

👀 So we “could” see early signs of progress in the next 6–12 months.

📈 The Impact On Jackson & Local Business

Close to 900,000 people have moved to Tennessee in the last decade, and many are coming from high-cost states like California, New York, and Illinois.
